A spot to rent for my Motorhome - $300 (Winnemucca, NV)

I would really like to find a spot on property just outside of Winnemucca, we have been in parks sense Dec.
of last year but now Im hopping to find maybe an old fixer upper house, a property with all hook ups needed for an RV , or something along those lines.
It would be just me and my wife and two small dogs, we are very respectful and pay on time, if you have something along these lines please let me know, I have a Trailor, my RV and a car, about 50 Ft.
